BE04 – Bender

Automatic winder with P.L.C.-system for the production of earrings, bracelets, fancy chains and semi-finished products of various kinds.

Using a P.L.C. system, the machine makes it possible to wind cored or hollow wires / tubes, without using an internal plug to be shaped according to i.e. oval, round, square, triangular shapes etc. with different section types.

By directly setting the data on the Touch Screen device of the P.L.C. system, the machine produces oval, round, square, triangular or patterned shapes; they can be either single-mesh ones or with continuous spiral.

A cutting unit intervenes in compliance with the set adjustment by single-mesh cutting in the desired points.

In case of crimped wires, it is necessary to equip the machine with a wire-guiding device, on request.
