RB15 – ROBO BALL

Automatic machine for the production of loose, smooth and striped balls/beads or beads with complex shapes starting from both welded and non-welded tubes (in precious and non-precious alloys).

The machine, through an innovative system invented and patented by our company, makes it possible not only to manufacture the classic loose balls/beads, that is i.e. round-, oval-shaped, etc., but also beads with complex shapes such as torchon/swirl or twist design shapes, chips, bean shapes, hammered-effect button shapes or engravings at will, by means of a special PLC programming system and special equipment units.

Equipped with speed variator / inverter, automatic oil lubrication and control and safety sensors, it is already prepared for IND.4.0
